摘　　要：以厦门市海绵城市建设试点区内某住宅小区为例,在分析项目现状条件和主要问题的基础上,结合海绵城市建设目标,提出海绵化改造思路。此小区建成时间较短,居民主观改造意愿不高,首先将小区外防护绿地和建筑垃圾堆放场地空间改造为可用作雨水调蓄的干湿塘。在降低施工对居民影响的基础上,实现海绵城市的建设目标,同时也为周边居民提供了休闲娱乐空间,提升了居民的获得感,为海绵城市建设改造工程提供了新思路。Taking a residential community in the pilot area of the sponge city construction in Xiamen City as an example,based on the analysis of the current conditions and main problems of the project,combined with the construction goal of the sponge city,the design idea of the construction and transformation of the sponge city is proposed.The survey results of the short-term completion time of the community,and the residents’ willingness to transform subjectively is not high,the space outside the community protection green space and the existing construction waste dumping space is used to transform into a dry and wet pond that can be used for rainwater storage.On the basis of reducing the impact of construction on residents,the construction goal of the sponge city is realized.At the same time,it provides leisure and entertainment space for the surrounding residents,enhances the residents’ sense of acquisition,and provides new design ideas for the sponge city construction and reconstruction project.
