摘  要:本文利用1,4-二乙基-7-羟基四氢喹喔啉-6-甲醛与2-甲基苯并噻唑盐反应制备了荧光探针L,并对其结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,探针L在DMSO溶液中对H2S具有快速荧光“关-开”响应以及高选择性和较好的抗干扰能力,检测限为2.5×10^-6mol/L。在365nm紫外灯照射下,L的荧光颜色由无荧光变成黄绿色强荧光;此外,加入H2S后探针L的DMSO溶液颜色由蓝紫色变为无色,通过裸眼即可识别H2S。Probe L was synthesized by using 1,4-diethyl-7-hydroxytetrahydroquinoxaline-6-carboxaldehyde and2-methylbenzothiazole salt as starting materials,and its structure was characterized. The probe L can recognize H2 S with fast fluorescence "off-on"response,high selectivity and good anti-interference ability in DMSO solution. The detection limit of probe L for H2 S was 2. 5 × 10-6 mol/L. The fluorescence color of L changed from non-fluoresce to greenyellow strong fluorescence after adding H2 S by irradiating with a 365 nm UV lamp. Moreover,the color of the solution turned from blueviolet to colorless,thereby suggesting H2 S can be detected by the naked eye.
