摘 要:通过四球摩擦磨损试验研究抗磨剂与油性剂最佳加剂量,引入复合抗氧剂和防锈剂进行多元复合后,各单剂之间显示出良好的"协和效应",未见"对抗效应"的显现,研制油品的主性能未见衰减,对比使用试验表明,研制的压风机润滑油具有优良的抗磨性与抗氧化安定性,油品的各项技术指标均优于进口压风机专用润滑油.结果表明本产品完全可替代进口压风机专用润滑油.Four-ball friction and wear tests were carried out to study the optimum dosage of antiwear agent and oiliness agent.After introducing compound antioxidant and antirust agent into the multi一component compounding,good"synergistic effect"was shown between each single agent,no"antagonistic effect11 was observed,and the main performance of the developed oil was not attenuated.The comparative use tests showed that the developed compressor lubricant had excellent antiwear and antioxidant properties.The chemical stability and various technical indexes of oil products are superior to those of imported special lubricants for compressor fans.The results show that the product can completely replace the imported special lubricating oil for compressor.
