摘　　要：改革开放的不断深入,国民生活水平的提高,丰富了人们的精神生活,推动我国各种类型访谈节目的发展。为了更好的了解当下电视访谈类节目发展现状,实现长远发展的目标,本文选择就电视谈话类节目主持人的人文素养培养现状进行分析,研究当下节目主持人培养存在的不足。然后,结合主持人人文素养培训存在问题,给出合理建议。the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the improvement of the national living standard,and the enrichment of people's spiritual life,promote the development of various types of interview programs in China. In order to better understand the current development status of TV talk shows and achieve the goal of long - term development,this paper chooses to analyze the cultural literacy cultivation status of TV talk show hosts and study the deficiency of the current TV talk show hosts. Then,combining with the existing problems of the host's humanis-tic quality training,reasonable Suggestions are given.
