摘　　要：海洋是我国重要的资源,对于维持地球的生态平衡扮演者举足轻重的角色,因此要重视对海洋生态环境污染问题的改善,而对于海洋的生态建设是建设美丽海洋的必然选择,也是我国实现对海洋生态系统的保护和国家生态安全的保障的目标的唯一途径。海洋生态建设工作做得好,人民群众就能享受到更多的生态产品,从而化解我国目前社会的供求矛盾。基于这样的背景,本文对海洋工程项目生态建设相关问题进行了探讨,首先分析了海洋生态建设的重大意义,之后介绍了海洋生态建设的编制原则和依据。the ocean is an important resource in our country and plays an important role in maintaining the ecological balance of the earth.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of the pollution of the marine ecological environment,and the ecological construction of the ocean is an inevitable choice for the construction of a beautiful ocean.It is also the only way for China to achieve the goal of protecting the marine ecosystem and safeguarding the National ecological security.If the work of marine ecological construction is done well,the people can enjoy more ecological products,thus resolving the contradiction between supply and demand in China's current society.Based on this background,this paper discusses the problems related to the ecological construction of marine engineering projects,first analyzes the significance of marine ecological construction,and then introduces the principles and basis for the preparation of marine ecological construction.
