摘 要:随着轨道车辆的深入发展,轨道车辆的转向架也在不断更新,转向架的焊接质量标准也越来越高,在实际的焊接生产工作中,由于受到各种因素影响,焊接过程中往往出现一些缺陷问题影响焊接质量。尤其是转向架的关键部位焊缝更是采用超声检测UItrasonic Testing(缩写UT);射线检测Ra-diographic Testing(缩写RT)以保证焊缝的内部焊接完美熔合。而焊接需要超声检测及射线检测的焊缝是极其考验焊接操作者技术能力的,对此本文将对这两种焊缝的焊接方法进行全面分析,采取相应的预防措施,从而保证和提高焊缝探伤的通过合格率。with the in-depth development of rail vehicles,the bogie of rail vehicles is also constantly updated,the welding quality standard of bogie is becoming higher and higher,in the actual welding production work,due to the influence of various factors,the welding process often appears some defects affect the qualof welding.Ultrasonic Testing is especially applied to the welding seam of key parts of bogie.Radiographic Testing(RT) is used to ensure the intermal fusion ofwelds.However,the welding seams requiring ultrasonic detection and X-ray detection are extremely difficult to test the technical ability of welding operators.This paper will comprehensively analyze the welding methods of these two kinds of welding seams and take corresponding preventive measures,so as to ensure and improve the pass rate of weld fiaw detection.
