摘  要:目的推荐一种快速、简易的初步判定肠杆菌科细菌的鉴别培养基。方法7株肠道标准菌株和经系统生化和血清学鉴定的277株肠道地方株分别接种KIA琼脂和L-M琼脂,37℃、24h培养。结果肠道地方株各菌属在2种培养基上的生化反应与肠道标准株结果100.00%一致。结论L-M琼脂是一种适合肠杆菌科细菌各属初步判定,尤其对肠道病原菌有初筛作用的鉴别培养基。Objective To recommend a rapid. simple medium for preliminary identification of the family of enterobacteriaceae. Methods A total of 7 standard strains and 277 local strains with systematic biochemical and serological identification of enterobacteriaceae were inoculated in L-M agar and Kligler iron agar,then cultivated at 37℃ for 24 hours. Results Biochemical reaction results of the 2 mediums from each family of the local strains were consistent with the results of the standard strains,and the coincidence rate was 100. 00%. Conclusion L-M agar is a kind of differential medium which is suitable for preliminary identification of the family of enterobacteriaceae, especially for enteropathogen.
