摘　　要：随着我国社会经济水平的不断提升,化工生产也得到了良好发展空间,仪器仪表基本已经能够实现自动化控制,本文将从自控仪表仪器类型以及自控率概念出发,分析PDI参数整定、完善DCS系统对提高仪表自控率的作用,为我国化工行业实现智能化发展提供良好理论帮助。with the continuous improvement of the social and economic level of our country,the chemical industry has also got the good development space,the instrument and instrument have been able to realize the automation control basically,this article will start from the concept of the automatic control instrument type and the automatic control rate.Analyze the function of PDI parameter adjustment and improve DCS system to improve instrument control rate,and provide good theoretical help for the intelligent development of chemical industry in China.
