基于Catia的模型标准零件库的开发与应用

摘　　要：在汽车研发过程中,需要制造各类物理模型用来验证结构或者数据状态,因此在这些模型设计过程中就会用到各类模型标准件,而这类标准件的使用具有重复性、规则性等特点,如何在设计过程中提高这部分的效率和准确率?本文分析了模型标准零件的实际应用过程,归纳和提取了标准零件的基本参数,基于Catia三维软件建立了模型标准零件库,并在人机工程检验模型和数据控制模型中的具体应用做了详细阐述,应用结果表明使用模型标准件库可以有效提升模型设计效率和准确率。In the process of automobile research and development,various physical models need to be manufactured to verify the structure or data state.Therefore,all kinds of model standard parts will be used in the process of designing these models.The use of such standard parts is repetitive and regular.How can we improve the efficiency and accuracy of this part in the design process?In this paper,the actual application process of the model standard parts is analyzed,the basic parameters of the standard parts are induced and extracted.Based on the Catia 3D software,the Library of the model standard parts is established and used in the man-machine engineering inspection model and the data control model.The application results show that using model standard parts library can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of model design.
