摘  要:本文旨在探究一种非接触式的微小直流检测系统的设计。此系统是由软磁坡莫合金构成的传感器模块,单片机最小系统,GPRS无线传输模块,上位机软件组成。其中传感器检测模块是基于一种非接触式软磁坡莫合金和锁向放大器构成;传感器模块输出的信号通过采样芯片传到单片机内,单片机将信号处理后将其转化成可以远传的数字信号;GPRS负责将接受到的单片机的信号发送到上位机软件;通过上位机软件显示检测到的微小电流数值。This paper aims to explore the design of a small direct-contact measuring system. This system is composed of sensor module which is mainly constructed by soft magnetic Poe Mo alloy ,MCU minimum system,GPRS and upper computer software. The sensor module is composed of a non-contact soft magnetic Po Mo alloy and a phase-locked amplifier. The output signal of the sensor module is transmitted to the micro-controller by sampling chip. Then, the micro-controller converts the signal into a digital signal that can be transmitted remotely. GPRS is responsible for sending the received signal to the host computer software. Display the detected small current value by the upper computer.
