摘　　要：本文通过收集文献资料、现场调查等手段,收集关于我国民办高等院校负债情况的资料,以掌握我国民办高校负债形成过程规模、特点、原因和危害,并总结各民办高校现有的风险控制手段。In this paper,by collecting the means such as literature,field investigation,collecting the information on private colleges and universities in our country liabilities,to grasp the formation process of private colleges in our country debt scale,characteristics,reason and harm,and summarize the methods of risk control in the private colleges.
