摘　　要：目前中国劳动力过剩接近饱和状态,就业压力则可能使就业结构矛盾更加突出。大学生就业难有诸多方面的原因,有效高学生的就业能力,引导树立正确择业观是很重要的内容。本文在查找了多方资料的基础上,分析了当前大学生了的就业观念、就业心理、就业途径等方面的特点,就业当中存在的问题以及针对这些问题,进行分析。at present,China's labor surplus is close to saturation,and the employment pressure may make the employment structure contradiction more prominent.There are many reasons why it is difficult for college students to obtain employment,so it is very important to establish a correct career choice concept to effectively improve their employability.This article in finding the various data,on the basis of the analysis of the current college students employment concept,the characteristics of the employment psychological,employment way,problems of employment and to solve these problems,are analyzed.
