摘　　要：热连轧无缝钢管轧线过程自动化系统的研究与开发,有效提高了无缝钢管生产企业中工艺人员对生产过程中的把握,并且极大程度上使得人为因素对于产品的质量影响受到了局限。因此在我国投入实际应用后,在控制系统的稳定性方面取得了良好的效果,并且使得生产线上的控制走向了自动化和高精度化的道路。the research and development of automation system for the rolling process of seamless steel tube in hot continuous rolling has effectively improved the grasp of the process in the seamless steel pipe production enterprise.And to a large extent,the impact of human factors on the quality of the product has been limited.So after being put into practical application in our country,the stability of the control system has achieved good results,and the control on the production line has moved towards the road of automation and high precision.
