摘 要:通过数值模拟和成型试验研究工艺参数对弯管接头成型收缩率的影响规律,同时通过三维光学扫描设备对塑件进行高精度检测,获得90°塑料弯管接头收缩分布情况,为提高塑料弯管接头成型精度、降低生产成本、提升管道安全提供了理论依据。Through the numerical simulation and forming test, the influence of moulding process parameters on the shrinkage of the pipe joint was studied. The high-precision inspection of the plastic parts was carried out by the three-dimensional optical scanning equipment, and the shrinkage distribution of the 90° plastic pipe joint was obtained. It provided a theoretical basis for improving the forming precision of the pipe joint and reducing the production cost and improving the pipeline safety.
