孔伯华临证运用紫雪丹规律探析

摘　　要：孔伯华为北京四大名医之一,以擅治温热病而享誉京津。本文对于《孔伯华医集》中使用紫雪丹的192例医案进行归纳研究,通过对这些医案的诊断、脉、症、舌等相关数据进行提取分析,总结归纳了孔伯华使用紫雪丹的经验:孔氏紫雪丹的应用涵盖了外感、内伤、瘟疫等多种疾病,常见的脉象为弦脉、滑脉、大脉、数脉四类脉象,舌象多为赤舌,舌苔可为白苔或黄苔;使用紫雪丹之目的,或在于清热平肝、或在于重镇熄风、或取其芳香开窍、或用之通调气机,各有侧重,剂量也有差别;对于夹湿之证,则配伍芳化之品以避免冰伏凉遏之弊。学习孔氏运用紫雪丹的临床经验,为灵活使用紫雪丹开拓了思路。Kong Bohua is one of the four famous doctors in Beijing.He is well known in Beijing and Tianjin for his good treatment of febrile diseases.In this paper,192 cases of Zixuedan used in Kongbohua Medical Collection were summarized and studied.The experience was summarized by extracting and analyzing the related data of diagnosis,pulse condition,symptom,coated tongue and other related data.The application of Zixuedan covers many diseases,such as the ecogenous febrile disease,internal injury,epidemic infecious diseases and so on.The common pulse condition includes string-like pulse,slippery pluse,large pulse,rapid pulse.and the tongue image is mostly red tongue.Tongue coating can be white or yellow.The purpose of using Zixuedan is to clear away heat and calm the liver,calm down the wind,refresh the body with fragrance and regulate the movement of Qi,with different emphasis and dosage.For the syndrome of dampness,it is combined with aromatization to avoid the harm of Zixuedan for its cool and cold.It opens up a new way of thinking for modern clinical use of Zixuedan.
