摘 要:目的探究雾化吸入排痰和振动排痰在肺癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的85例肺癌术后患者根据排痰方法分振动排痰组(n=29,振动排痰)、雾化吸入组(n=37,雾化吸入排痰)及对照组(n=19,嘱咐术后用力咳痰)。比较三组患者干预前、后血气指标和术后并发症发生情况。结果干预后,三组PaO2及SaO2水平均明显提高,且雾化吸入组及振动排痰组均高于对照组(P<0.05);雾化吸入组的低氧血症、肺不张及肺部感染发生率均明显低于振动排痰组和对照组(P<0.05);振动排痰组和对照组的低氧血症、肺不张及肺部感染发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雾化吸入和振动辅助排痰可以有效缓解患者呼吸道痰堵,改善血气指标,且雾化吸入可降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of aerosol inhalation and vibration sputum expectoration in patients with lung cancer after operation. Methods Eighty-five patients with lung cancer after operation treated in our hospital were divided into vibration sputum expectoration group (n=29, vibration sputum expectoration), aerosol inhalation sputum expectoration group (n=37, atomization inhalation sputum expectoration) and control group (n=19, instructing the patients to expectorate energetically after operation). The blood gas indexes before and after intervention and the incidences of complications were compared among the three groups. Results After intervention, the levels of PaO2 and SaO2 significantly increased in the three groups, and those in the aerosol inhalation sputum expectoration group and vibration sputum expectoration group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of hypoxemia, atelectasis and lung infection in the aerosol inhalation sputum expectoration group were significantly lower than those in the vibration sputum expectoration group and control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidences of hypoxemia, atelectasis and lung infection between the vibration sputum expectoration group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation and vibration assisted sputum expectoration can effectively alleviate sputum blockage in respiratory tract, improve blood gas indexes and the aerosol inhalation can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
