摘  要:为满足远洋渔船出海捕捞周期内船上人员的基本食物供应需求,通过规范、公约、《船舶设计实用手册(轮机分册)》等有关“伙食冷库”的相关内容对某远洋渔船的伙食冷库进行设备选型及系统设计,并在实船上得以验证。In order to meet the basic food supply demand of the crew on the ocean fishing vessel during the fishing cycle,the equipment selection and system design of the food cold storage for an ocean fishing vessel were designed and verified in light of the regulations,conventions,and the related contents of food cold storage in the practical manual of ship design.The design system was verified on a real ship.
