摘　　要：以硫酸钡为无机填料、POE为增韧剂、HDPE为辅助增韧剂、均聚PP为基体树脂填充改性共聚PP母料。采用正交试验,分析不同配方下填充聚丙烯所得复合材料的物理力学性能(拉伸强度、弯曲强度、悬臂缺口冲击强度、收缩率),综合原料的价格因素得到最终的配方。The copolymer polypropylene (PP) masterbatch was modified with barium sulfate as inorganic filler, POE as toughening agent, HDPE as auxiliary toughening agent and homopolymer PP as matrix resin. The physical and mechanical properties (tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength of cantilever notch, shrinkage) of the polypropylene composites filled with different formulations were analyzed by orthogonal test. The final formulation was obtained by synthesizing the price factors of raw materials.
