摘　　要：高血压引起的心肌纤维化改变是一个多因素、多机制作用的过程,对心室扩张、心力衰竭的发生发展具有重要意义。中医药治疗高血压心肌纤维化临床疗效明显,机制研究也取得了一定的成果,为了进一步探讨中医药治疗高血压心肌纤维化的机制及研究方向,将近年来应用于临床及实验研究的中药单体及复方根据作用机制进行简要综述,为中医药治疗高血压心肌纤维化提供理论参考。The change of myocardial fibrosis caused by hypertension is a multi-factor and multi-mechanism process, which is of great significance for the development of ventricular dilatation and heart failure. The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertensive myocardial fibrosis is obvious. The mechanism research has also achieved certain results. In order to further explore the mechanism and research direction of treating hypertensive myocardial fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine, the action mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine monomers and compounds used in clinical and experimental research in recent years were briefly reviewed, which provides the theory reference for treating hypertensive myocardial fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine .
