从颈肩综合治疗肩周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:统计临床上采用颈肩综合手法治疗肩周炎的疗效,探讨颈肩综合手法在肩周炎治疗中的临床价值。方法:选择2015年4月至2018年8月在广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院骨伤推拿理疗科门诊就诊的患者80名,随机分两组,每组40名。对照组采用肩部局部治疗方法,治疗组采用颈肩综合治疗方法,研究结束后进行肩关节相关功能评估与统计。结果:治疗组治愈率50%,总有效率87.5%,对照组治愈率25%,总有效率77.5%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩周炎采取颈肩综合治疗疗效优于单独进行肩部局部治疗。Statistical clinical use of comprehensive neck-shoulder manipulation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, explore the clinical value of comprehensive neck-shoulder manipulation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method: From April 2015 to August 2018, 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The control group was treated with local shoulder therapy, while the treatment group was treated with comprehensive neck-shoulder therapy. The shoulder function was evaluated and counted after the study. Result: The cure rate of the treatment group was 50%, and the total effective rate was 87.5%. The cure rate of the control group was 25%, and the total effective rate was 77.5%.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of comprehensive neck-shoulder therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis is better than that of partial shoulder treatment alone.
