推进河北省区域股权交易市场发展的思考与建议

摘　　要：区域性股权市场是主要服务于所在省级行政区域内中小微企业的私募股权交易的市场,石家庄股权交易所作为河北省人民政府批准的全省唯一一家区域性股权市场运营机构,为河北省资本市场全面发展发挥着重要和积极的作用。本文从河北省区域股权交易市场发展现状入手,在挂牌企业数量、融资能力、融资方式、市场服务等方面总结了石家庄股权交易所自成立以来所取得的发展成绩,认真分析了发展中存在的主要问题,在此基础上,提出了未来推进河北省区域股权市场的思路与建议,包括突出市场分层、特色板块与股权治理,建设高质高效的股权交易运营系统,着力打造五大服务平台,构建企业挂牌全服务链,加强风险防控等。Regional equity market is a private equity market mainly serving small and medium-sized enterprises in the provincial administrative region. Shijiazhuang Stock Exchange, as the only regional equity market operating institution approved by Hebei Provincial People’s Government, plays an important role in the overall developmentof capital market in Hebei Province. Starting from the current situation of the regional equity trading market in Hebei Province, this paper summarizes the development achievements of Shijiazhuang Stock Exchange since its establishment in terms of the number of listed enterprises, financing capacity, financing methods and market services,and carefully analyses the main problems existing in the development. On this basis, it puts forward the future push.The ideas and suggestions for entering the regional equity market in Hebei Province include emphasizing market stratification, characteristic plate and equity governance, building a high-quality and efficient equity trading operation system, focusing on building five service platforms, building a complete service chain for enterprises to be listed, strengthening risk prevention and control, etc.
