摘　　要：党的十九大以来,河北省大力实施乡村振兴战略,深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革,农业农村发展取得显著成效。但是,仍存在发展不平衡不充分、农业供给质量不够高,农村人居环境有待改善,农民持续增收机制需要健全等问题。解决好这些问题,需要河北在推进乡村振兴战略中充分发挥区位优势、产业优势、文化优势,采取切实措施加快弥补发展中短板。Since the 19th National Congress of the Party, Hebei province has vigorously implemented the strategy of rural revitalization, pushed forward structural reforms on the supply side of agriculture, and achieved remarkable results in agricultural and rural development. However, there are still problems such as uneven development,insufficient quality of agricultural supply, the need to improve the living environment in rural areas, and the need to improve the mechanism for increasing farmers’ incomes. To solve these problems, it is necessary for Hebei to give full play to the advantages of location, industry and culture in promoting the strategy of rural revitalization, and take practical measures to speed up efforts to make up for the shortcomings in development.
