摘  要:铝电解槽的槽寿命受多方面因素的影响,直接影响电解铝企业的技术经济指标.本论文对影响铝电解槽槽寿命的因素进行了分析,对提高铝电解槽槽寿命的措施进行了探讨.在实际生产过程中选择合适的电解槽内衬材料、优化电解槽焙烧启动工艺,加强电解槽运行期间的管理水平,使槽膛形成稳定结壳,保持电解槽的三场稳定,是获得长寿命电解槽的关键.The service life of aluminum reduction pots is influenced by many factors, which directly affects the technical and economic indicators of aluminum smelters. In the paper, the factors affecting the service life of aluminum reduction pots were analyzed, and the measures to extend the service life of aluminum reduction pots were also discussed. In the actual production process, selecting suitable pot lining materials, optimizing the baking start - up process, improving the management level of the pot operation, keeping suitable side ledge and maintaining the three - field stability of pots are the key to securing longer service life of pots.
