摘　　要：政治语言是承载权力意志的符号,权力运行无法脱离语言及其修辞技巧。数字修辞是中国政治语言的重要特征,数字符号的准确性、简洁性和操作性是其他文字符号无法比拟的。中国政治语言中的数字修辞具有三重功能:数字修辞增强了政治语言之语义的确定性,增强了编码和解码的准确性;数字修辞简化了政治语言的符号体系和意义体系;数字修辞明确了政治语言的支配范围,规定了政治语言的操作标准。中国政治语言中的修辞不仅仅是语言表述方式的修饰艺术,同时使政治语言成为更具说服力和影响力的语言符号。数字修辞提升了政治语言的形式美感,使政治语言表意精准、简洁易懂、便于操作。数字修辞增强了政治语言的感染力和支配力,使政治信息易于扩散、接收和内化,进而提升了政治传播效果。Political language is a symbol system of the will of power. The operation of power cannot be separated from language and its rhetorical skills. Digital rhetoric is an important feature of Chinese political language. The accuracy, simplicity and operability of digital symbol are unmatched by other textual symbols. The digital rhetoric in Chinese political language has three functions: digital rhetoric enhances the certainty of political language, and enhances the accuracy of coding and decoding;digital rhetoric simplifies the symbolic system and meaning system of political language;digital rhetoric clarifies the scope of signifying of political language, and defines the operational standard of political language. Rhetoric in Chinese political language is not only a decorative art of language expression, but also a system that turns political language into a more persuasive and iniluential language symbol. Digital rhetoric enhances the formal beauty of political language ,making political language succinct, accurate, easy to understand and easy to operate. Digital rhetoric enhances the appeal and dominating power of political language, making political information easy to spread, receive and internalize, thus enhancing the effectiveness of political communication.
