摘 要:阐述了焦炭固体废弃物与配合煤共炭化原理的应用,分析了焦化固体废弃物配煤炼焦的可行性,提出焦化固体废弃物焦回配备煤技术,实现焦化工艺内的闭路循环、“无害化”处理和“资源化”利用的基本思路。同时,重点介绍了四种典型焦化固废的应用,并对焦化固废配煤炼焦需关注的问题进行了剖析,对焦化行业节能减排具有较大借鉴意义。The applications of the co-carbonization theory for coking solid wastes and coking coal was introduced.The feasibility of coking solid wastes used for coking in coal blending was analyzed.The technology for coking solid wastes to be returned after coking for preparing coal blended was proposed so that the basic thinking in terms of the closed cycling,harmless treatment and resources recycling in the process of coking was achieved.Meanwhile the applications of four kinds of typical coking solid wastes were introduced particularly.The problems concerned in coking by using solid wastes in coal blending were analyzed,which was of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction in coking industry.
