摘 要:基于裂纹扩展断裂力学准则,建立了取向硅钢冷轧边裂萌生、扩展的临界条件,并对冷轧裂纹力学行为进行探讨。结果表明,1mm边裂在韧性条件下的临界工作应力为1330~1760MPa、脆性状态为300~800MPa;在相同载荷条件下,单边裂纹的应力强度因子最高,双边裂纹次之,中心裂纹最低。Based on the fracture mechanics criteria on crack propagation,the critical conditions for edge cracks occurred in cold rolling grain oriented silicon steels and propagation of the cracks were determined and then the mechanical behaviors of the cracks discussed.The study results demonstrated that the critical working stress for the edge crack with the size of 1 mm in the ductile state was between 1 330 MPa and 1 760 MPa,while the critical stress in the brittle state was between 300 MPa and 800 MPa.Under the same loading conditions,the stress intensity factor for the unilateral crack ranked the first place,the double-edge-crack followed the second,and the center crack was the minimum.
