摘  要:介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂90t氧气顶吹转炉采取双渣冶炼、LF炉脱P生产超低磷钢水的新工艺。采用该工艺替代原双联工艺生产的超低磷钢水能将成品磷含量稳定降低0.0019%,硫、氮、全氧含量均达到较低水平,完全能够满足品种质量的要求。The new process for smelting molten ultra-low phosphor steel by double slag process in 90 t oxygen top-blown converter and dephosphorizing process in LF in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The phosphor content in finish product could be stably reduced by 0.001 9% after adopting the new process instead of the former duplex process.The content of these elements such as sulphur,nitrogen and total oxygen in the molten steel reached to the floor level,which could completely meet the requirements asked by both steel grades and quality.
