摘 要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂180t转炉底枪与炉龄不同步、冶炼终点钢水碳氧积高的问题,采取了优化氧枪喷头参数、底枪工艺、底吹工艺及贱渣工艺等措施后,实现了全炉役复吹,转炉冶炼终点钢水碳氧积降至0.0023。As concerning the problem that the service life of the bottom lance couldn't synchronize with that of the converter and the high product of carbon content and oxygen content in molten steel at the end point,such measures as optimizing the parameters for the oxygen lance nozzles,optimizing the process by bottom lance,optimizing the bottom blowing process and slag splashing process were taken.After that the combined blowing in full campaign was achieved and the product of carbon content and oxygen content at the end point in molten steel made by converter was reduced to 0.002 3.
