云南宁蒗摩梭人婚姻家庭制度改革与走婚习俗的变化(1956～1974)

摘　　要：中华人民共和国成立后,云南宁蒗县摩梭人特殊的走婚习俗和母系家庭制度引起了地方政府的注意。从1956年民主改革开始,地方政府对摩梭人的婚姻家庭制度开始了改革,主要改革途径有:结合摩梭人特殊的婚姻习俗宣传《婚姻法》;鼓励积极分子带头改变走婚习俗,实行一夫一妻的结婚制度;帮助摩梭人治疗生殖方面的疾病;实行特殊的土地分配制度等。通过这些改革的初步尝试,摩梭人在传统婚姻家庭形式、婚姻关系和家庭观念等方面都有了一定的变化。After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the special marriage customs and matrilineal family system of Mosuo people in Ninglang County of Yunnan Province have attracted the attention of local governments.Since the democratic reform in 1956,the local government began to reform the marriage and family system of Mosuo people,which included publicizing the Marriage Law in accordance with the special marriage customs of Mosuo people,and encouraging activists to take the lead in changing the marriage customs and implementing the monogamous marriage system,and helping Mosuo people to treat reproductive diseases,as well as implementing a special land distribution system.Through the preliminary attempts of these reforms,Mosuo people have made certain changes in the traditional forms of marriage and family,marriage relations and family concepts.
