苓桂术甘汤合泽泻汤配合中药穴位贴敷治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨苓桂术甘汤合泽泻汤配合中药穴位贴敷治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕的临床观察。方法选取我院脑病科收治的痰浊中阻型眩晕患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组患者采用苓桂术甘汤合泽泻汤加减治疗,对两组患者治疗疗效及复发率的差异进行比较。结果观察组治疗有效率和复发率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对痰浊中阻型眩晕患者采用苓桂术甘汤合泽泻汤配合中药穴位贴敷治疗,能够提高治疗效果,降低复发率,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical observation of Linggui Zhugan decoction and Zexie decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of vertigo due to phlegm retention. Methods 72 patients with vertigo due to phlegm retention who were admitted and treated in the department of encephalopathy in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine while patients in the observation group were treated with modified Linggui Zhugan decoction and Zexie decoction.The differences in curative effects and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were signifciantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Linggui Zhugan decoction and Zexie decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of vertigo due to phlegm retention can improve the curative effects and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
