摘　　要：目的探讨伊伐布雷定联合比索洛尔对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者心脏康复的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的100例冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组给予比索洛尔治疗,观察组给予伊伐布雷定联合比索洛尔治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后6MWT距离、心率及血氧饱和度、超声心动图数据。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后6MWT距离均明显增加,而心率明显降低(P<0.05);且与同期对照组相比,观察组治疗后6MWT距离增加,心率降低(P<0.05);与同组治疗后比较,两组的LVEDD、LVESD明显下降,且与同期对照组比较,治疗后观察组LVEDD、LVESD下降更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伊伐布雷定联合比索洛尔治疗可显著改善冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者的心功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of ivabradine combined with bisoprolol on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bisoprolol,while the observation group was treated with ivabradine combined with bisoprolol.The data of 6 MWT distance, heart rate,oxygen saturation and echocardiography before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment,6MWT distance and ventricular rate were significantly increased and decreased in both groups (P < 0.05);Compared with the current control group,6MWT distance in observation group was increased,and the heart rate was reduced after treatment (P < 0.05);Compared with after treatment,LVEDD and LVESD in two groups were declined obviously,and compared with the current control group,LVEDD and LVESD in treatment group were declinedmore apparent,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ivabradine combined with Bisoprolol can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention,and is worthy of clinical application.
