摘 要:包头至银川铁路是"一带一路"倡议区域内的重要交通基础设施,是"八纵八横"京兰高速客运通道的重要组成部分。临河地区、乌海地区分别处于内蒙古自治区中部、西部,是包银铁路的重要节点之一。包银铁路引入临河、乌海地区,改建地区内既有铁路设施,对运输组织产生较大干扰。结合包银铁路引入地区方案、既有铁路设施情况,重点研究临河、乌海地区施工过渡方案,提出的施工过渡方案每一步均可以实施操作,同时对运输组织影响最小。该结论为包银铁路临河、乌海地区施工过渡方案提供借鉴。The Baotou-Yinchuan railway is an important transportation infrastructure in the"The Belt and Road"strategic area. It is an important part of the"eight vertical and eight horizontal"Beijing-Lanzhou high speed passenger transport corridor. Linhe area and Wuhai area are located in the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region respectively. They are one of the important nodes of the railway. The introduction of Baoyin Railway into Linhe and Wuhai areas and the reconstruction of existing railway facilities in the area have greatly interfered with transport organization. Based on the introduction of Baoyin Railway and the existing railway facilities,focuses on the construction transition scheme in Linhe and Wuhai areas. The proposed construction transition scheme can be implemented in every step,has the least impact on transport organization. The conclusion can be used as a reference for the construction transition scheme of Linhe and Wuhai areas of Baoyin Railway.
