摘 要:采用AHP法和DEA法对空调冷热源备选方案进行优选,从经济性、稳定性、节能性、环保性4个维度构建空调冷热源方案AHP指标体系.以初投资、运行费、维修成本、二氧化碳排放量为投入指标,以使用寿命、一次能源利用率、能效比为产出指标,构建了DEA效率评价模型,选取郑州某商办地块项目进行实证分析,确定了空调冷热源的最佳方案.研究表明:经济性指标是设计人员重点考虑的对象,而节能性指标和环保性指标的权重系数偏低;采用AHP法和DEA法,评价结果是一致的.This article adopts AHP and DEA method to optimize the cold and heat source alternatives. It constructs the AHP index system of air conditioning cold and heat sources from four dimensions: economy, stability, energy saving and environmental protection. This paper takes initial investment, operation cost, maintenance cost and carbon dioxide emissions as input indicators. It constructs the DEA efficiency evaluation model with initial investment, operating cost, maintenance cost and carbon dioxide emissions as input indicators, and the service life, one energy utilization rate and energy efficiency ratio as the output indicators. This paper selects Zhengzhou Business Development Zone (phase three) as an example. The results show that the economic indicators are the focus of designers, while the weight coefficients of energy-saving indicators and environmental indicators are low. The results of AHP and DEA methods are consistent. The optimal scheme of air conditioning heat and cold source is determined as scheme 3.
