摘　　要：随着我国高校政府采购规模的逐年增加,国家对于高校政府采购内控管理提出更高的要求。通过对美国、德国、英国、韩国、新加坡等国监督机制的归纳对比,发现我国高校政府采购内控管理存在的问题并提出改进建议。With the increase of the scale of government procurement in Chinese colleges and universities,the state has put forward higher requirements for the internal control management of government procurement in colleges and universities.By comparing the supervisory mechanisms of the United States,Germany,Britain, Korea,Singapore and other countries,this paper finds out the problems existing in the internal control management of government procurement in Chinese colleges and universities and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
