摘  要:建立高温环境下航发双半内圈三点角接触球轴承的寿命模型,根据轴承生热量和润滑油带走的热量,得到不同喷射位置时轴承温升的计算方法,并进行了试验研究。结果表明:随着转速、径向载荷的增加,回油温度及进回油温差呈非线性增加;下喷回油温度略高于上喷回油温度,相对偏差为1.617%;轴承总生热量相同时,下喷时润滑油带走的热量更多,可以降低轴承温升,提高轴承运行的可靠性。The life model is established for three point angular contact ball bearings with two piece inner rings for aeroengine under high temperature. According to heat generated by the bearings and heat taken away by lubricating oil, the calculation method for temperature rise of the bearings is obtained for different oil injection positions, and the experimental research is carried out. The results show that the oil return temperature and the temperature difference between oil inlet and oil return increase nonlinearly with increase of rotational speed and radial load. The oil return temperature during low injection is slightly higher than that during upper injection, and the relative deviation is 1.617%. When the total heat generated by the bearings is same, the more heat is taken away by lubricating oil during low injection, reducing temperature rise and improving operating reliability of the bearings.
