留置针堵管风险评估体系的建立

摘　　要：目的:构建留置针堵管风险评估体系,为进行科学有效的护理干预提供依据。方法:成立课题研究小组,通过文献研究初步拟定留置针堵管风险评估指标,对22名护理专家进行2轮专家咨询,形成留置针堵管风险评估体系。结果:专家积极性为100%,专家权威程度系数为0.85,一、二、三级指标的专家意见协调程度系数分别为0.084、0.210、0.166。通过两轮专家咨询,最终形成3个一级指标、14个二级指标、61个三级指标的留置针堵管风险评估体系。结论:初步建立了留置针堵管风险评估体系,能据此进行留置针堵管的风险评估,从而针对性制定护理计划以预防和减少留置针堵管的发生。Objective: To establish the risk assessment system for venous indwelling needle plugging, and to provide a basis for scientific and effective interventions.Methods: The research group was set up, and indicator system was preliminary selected through document research.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted among 22 experts to establish risk assessment system.Results: The experts’ enthusiasm was 100%, authority coefficient was 0.85, the coordination degree coefficient of expert opinion of indexes grade1, 2, 3 were 0.084, 0.210 and 0.166 respectively.After two rounds of expert consultation, a risk assessment system of 3 grade-1 indexes, 14 grade-2 indexes and 61 grade-3 indexes were set up.Conclusion: The risk assessment index system of venous indwelling needle plugging is basically established to assess the complication risk,so as to prevent and reduce the incidence of plugging.
