摘  要:采用气腿式凿岩机钻孔的大断面隧道爆破,因受台架结构限制,光面爆破效果往往不理想。为解决气腿式凿岩机钻孔爆破开挖隧道炮孔利用率低,光面爆破效果差的问题,依托赣深高铁龙南隧道为工程背景,基于现场地质条件以及施工方式,结合光面爆破设计原理,提出了适用于采用气腿式凿岩机钻孔的大断面隧道的光面爆破方案,并在现场试验中取得了较好的爆破效果。研究表明:隧道施工时,光面爆破参数的选取应综合考虑现场地质条件以及施工方式。本隧道掘进中采用设计的光面爆破方案炮孔利用率可达90.2%,炸药单耗由试验前0.78 kg/m^3降低到0.75 kg/m^3,光面爆破效果明显提高,有效地减少了施工成本,加快了施工进度。Due to the limitation of drilling bench structure, the smooth blasting effect is always unsatisfactory in large cross-section tunnel by blasting with air-leg drilling machine. Based on the engineering background of Longnan Tunnel in Jiangxi-Shenzhen High-speed Railway, a smooth blasting scheme was put forward for the large cross-section tunnel excavation by air-leg drilling machine. The blasting scheme was verified by field tests and good smooth blasting effect is achieved. Results shows that the utilization ratio of blasting hole reaches up to 90. 2% by using the designed smooth blasting scheme and the explosive consumption per unit is reduced from 0. 78 kg/m^3 to 0. 74 kg/m^3. Meanwhile, the smooth blasting effect is obviously improved and the construction cost is greatly reduced. In tunnel construction, the site geological conditions and construction methods should be considered for smooth blasting parameters to meet the requirements of tunnel excavation and to ensure the construction efficient and economically.
