摘  要:长江流域特大洪水严重威胁沿江城市安全,湖北梁子湖与牛山湖之间隔堤需实施爆破拆除,论述了应急抢险拆除工程中的爆破方案、爆破参数、爆破网路设计。爆破拆除堤段长1000 m、顶宽4 m,结合实际情况,333个药室沿堤轴线布置,采用非电复式串联交叉接力网路依次传爆;药室内采用高段别非电毫秒导爆管雷管起爆,药室外采用低段别非电毫秒导爆管雷管传爆,实现孔间微差起爆,最大单响药量216 kg,网路总延时2.75 s;采用单个药包同时用导爆管和导爆索双重起爆器材起爆的方式,提高了网路起爆成功率和精准传爆率。Floods in the Yangtze River Valley seriously threatened the safety of cities along the Yangtze River, so the embankment between Liangzi Lake and Niu Shan Lake in Hubei Province needed blasting demolition. The blasting scheme was designed including blasting parameters and blasting network. The embankment was 1000 m long and 4 m wide,respectively. According to the classical formula and actual situation,333 chambers were arranged along the embankment axis, and detonated by non-electric series crossover relay detonation transmission network. The maximum charge amount per delay interval was 216 kg with millisecond Nonel detonation network, where the high segment millisecond delay detonators were used within the holes, and the low segment millisecond delay detonators were linked out of the hole,and the total network delay was 2. 75 s. Single explosive package detonated by both non-electric millisecond detonator and detonating cord, by which the detonation transmission precise got promoted.
