摘 要:非等厚钢筋混凝土箱梁爆破拆除时,钻孔工作量大。以某预应力混凝土箱梁桥梁拆除为工程背景,提出非等厚钢筋混凝土箱梁的水压爆破拆除方案。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件建立箱梁水压爆破计算模型,再现了水压爆破时冲击波传播过程及箱梁结构的破碎过程,对比分析了注水量为80%、90%及100%时箱梁桥面的破碎效果。研究结果表明:当药包对称布置时,中腹板两边受到的爆炸冲击荷载对称,不利于中腹板的破碎;药包采用交叉布置时,爆炸能量分布均匀,使腹板破碎更加均匀、彻底;箱梁桥面的破碎效果受注水量的影响很大,注水量越小,空气隔层厚度越大,能量耗散越大,箱梁桥面的破碎效果越差,但有利于控制桥面破碎形成的飞石。The drilling work intensity is high in unequal-wall PC Box Girder blasting demolition. In a prestressed concrete box girder bridge demolition, the hydraulic blasting demolition scheme for non-equal thickness reinforced concrete box girder is proposed. The calculation model of box girder hydraulic blasting is established by ANSYS/LSDYNA finite element software, and the shock wave propagation and crushing process of box girder structure during hydraulic blasting are reproduced. The crushing effects of the box girder bridge deck with water injection amount 80%,90% and 100% are compared and discussed. The results show that when the charging structure is symmetri? cally arranged, the explosion impact loads on both sides of the middle web are symmetrical, which is not conducive to the fracture of the middle web. The explosion energy distribution is even, and the web is broken more evenly and thoroughly by cross arrangement charging. The crushing effect of the box girder bridge deck is greatly affected by the amount of water injection. The less the water injection and the thicker the air compartment, the greater the energy dissipation ,and the worse the crushing effect of the box girder bridge surface, while which is beneficial to control the flying rock from the bridge deck fracture.
