摘　　要：目的:探讨父亲早接触对于剖宫产新生儿的临床价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年12月某院行剖宫产分娩的新生儿100例,随机分为观察组(父亲与新生儿早期接触,50例)与对照组(父亲未与新生儿早期接触,50例)。比较两组间早期喂养、足底温度、心率、啼哭时长及唾液皮质醇水平等。结果:两组新生儿第一次排出胎粪时间比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组新生儿第一次成功开奶时间短于对照组,第一次吮奶持续时间长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿出生后不同时间点足底温度均高于对照组,心率及唾液皮质醇水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿出生后0.5~2.0h内各时间段啼哭时长均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:父亲早接触有利于剖宫产新生儿短时间内趋于稳态及早期喂养,并减轻应激反应。Objective: To explore the clinical value of early father contact on neonates undergoing cesarean section. Methods: 100 neonates delivered by caesarean section in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases of early contact between father and neonate) and control group(50 cases of uncontract between father and neonate). Early feeding, plantar temperature, heart rate, crying duration and salivary cortisol levels were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no difference in the first time of excretion of meconium between the two groups(P>0.05);The first successful lactation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the first duration time of self-sucking was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05);The plantar temperature in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at different time points after birth, the heart rate and salivary cortex level were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The duration of crying in each period of 0.5~2.0 hours after birth in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Early father contact is beneficial to stable state and early feeding of neonates after cesarean section in a short time, and alleviate stress response.
