艾拉莫德片在治疗类风湿关节炎合并骨质疏松的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察艾拉莫德片在治疗类风湿关节炎合并骨质疏松的临床应用价值。方法:将115例类风湿关节炎合并骨质疏松患者随机分为对照组55例和试验组60例,给予对照组患者甲氨蝶呤片+钙尔奇D片,给予治疗实验组患者甲氨蝶呤片+钙尔奇D片+艾拉莫德,治疗周期均为3个月。治疗后,分别对两组患者的临床疗效、实验室检查指标变化及骨密度变化进行对比。结果:治疗后,实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组RF、CPR、血钙、血磷及血沉、骨密度明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将艾拉莫德应用于风湿关节炎合并骨质疏松患者中,不仅能够有效地改善患者临床症状,显著提高临床疗效,还能改善实验室指标,改善骨质疏松,并且能够调节机体免疫功能。Objective: To observe the clinical value of Elamode tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with osteoporosis. Methods: 115 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group(55 cases) and experimental group(60 cases). Methotrexate tablets and Calcium D tablets were given to the patients in the control group. The experimental group was given methotrexate tablets + Calcium D tablets + Elamode. The treatment period was 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, changes of laboratory indexes and changes of bone mineral density were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, RF, CRP, blood phosphorus, ESR and bone mineral density in the experimental group significantly improved the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of Elamode in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, significantly improve the clinical efficacy, but also improve laboratory indicators, improve osteoporosis, and regulate the immune function of the body.
