摘　　要：目的:探讨左西孟旦和盐酸多巴酚丁胺治疗急性心衰的疗效及对心功能的影响。方法:选取某院于2017年1月~2018年5月间收治的40例急性心衰患者,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组20例予以盐酸多巴酚丁胺治疗,研究组20例予以左西孟旦治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效以及心功能相关指标变化情况。结果:研究组患者临床总有效率(90.00%)显著高于对照组(60.00%)(P<0.05);两组患者干预前LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),干预后两组LVEF均较干预前升高,LVEDV、LVESV均较干预前显著降低,且研究组较对照组改变明显(P<0.05)。结论:左西孟旦治疗急性心衰相较于盐酸多巴酚丁胺治疗而言临床疗效显著,能有效改善心功能。Objective: To investigate the effect of levosimendan and dobutamine hydrochloride on acute heart failure and their effects on cardiac function. Methods: 40 patients with acute heart failure admitted and treated in a hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number method. 20 cases in the control group were treated with dobutamine hydrochloride, and 20 cases in the study group were treated with levosimendan. The clinical efficacy and changes of cardiac function related indexes in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group(90%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(60%)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of LVEF, LVEDV and LVESV before intervention in the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the two groups of LVEF were all higher than before the intervention, and LVEDV and LVESV were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Levosimendan is effective in the treatment of acute heart failure compared with dobutamine hydrochloride, and can effectively improve cardiac function.
