摘　　要：本文主要阐述了地域文化背景下的现代城市景观装饰设计的方法及手段。以地域文化为切入点,通过文化传承与创新将自然景观与人文历史相结合,充分发掘地方特有的、与众不同的、鲜明的文化特色,加以凝练,从而形成秦皇岛城市的亮丽风景。This paper mainly expounds the methods and means of modern urban landscape decoration design under the background of regional culture. Taking the regional culture as the starting point, we will combine the natural landscape with the human history through cultural inheritance and innovation, fully explore the unique and distinctive cultural characteristics of the place, and consolidate the beautiful scenery of the city of Qinhuangdao.
