摘  要:为了研究乌苏里蝮蛇(Gloydius ussuriensis)消化道内胃泌素(Gas)细胞的形态及分布规律,试验采用免疫组织化学ABC(adidin-biotin compex method,ABC)法检测消化道内胃泌素细胞。结果表明:食管、贲门、胃和幽门中均未检测到这种细胞,而在十二指肠、空肠、回肠和直肠有其细胞分布。其中以十二指肠[(10.20±3.09)个/视野]和空肠[(8.20±3.63)个/视野]密度较高,其次是直肠[(5.70±3.40)个/视野]、回肠[(2.20±1.14)个/视野]密度较低。细胞形态多样,有圆形、梭形、锥形和椭圆形等,但以锥体细胞为主。In order to study the morphology and distribution of gastrin cells in the digestive tract of Gloydius ussuriensis,immunohistochemistry method,adidin-biotin compex method(ABC),was used for the determination of the morphology and distribution of gastrin cells in the digestive tract. The results showed that the cells were not detected in the esophagus,cardia,stomach and pylorus,but were distributed in the duodenum,jejunum,ileum and rectum. Among them,the duodenum([10.20±3.09]/field of view) and the jejunum([8.20±3.63]/field of view) had the highest density,followed by the the rectum([5.70±3.40]/field of view),and the ileum([2.20±1.14]/field of view) had the lowest density. The cells were various in shape,such as round,fusiform,pyramidal and elliptical,etc. The results suggested that Gas cells had species-specific distribution and function.
