摘　　要：采用三乙烯四胺(TETA)对腈纶纤维进行改性,探究了吸附温度、pH值和氯化钠对改性腈纶吸附活性红B-3BF和酸性红B吸附速率的影响,分析了改性腈纶对活性红B-3BF和酸性红B的吸附热力学,并对吸附热力学曲线进行拟合。研究结果表明,三乙烯四胺改性腈纶纤维在常温条件下可较快地吸附阴离子染料,酸性越强吸附速率越快、吸附量越高;三乙烯四胺改性腈纶对阴离子染料的吸附符合Langmuir+Nemst模型,说明三乙烯四胺改性腈纶与阴离子染料之间存在离子键、氢键和范德华力等多种结合方式;三乙烯四胺改性腈纶连续6次吸附1 g/L的活性红B-3BF后,1kg纤维上染料吸附量达到700g以上,说明改性腈纶对阴离子染料有较强的吸附能力。Triethylene tetramine(TETA)is applied to modification of acrylic fiber.The effects of adsorp-tion temperature,pH value and sodium chloride on adsorption of modified acrylic fiber to anionic dyes are researched.The adsorption thermodynamics of Reactive Red B-3BF and Acid Red B on modified acrylic fiber are analyzed.The adsorption thermodynamics curves are fitted.The results show that the TETA modified acrylic fiber can quickly absorb anionic dyes under normal temperature condition,the lower the pH value is,the higher the adsorption rates are.The anionic dye adsorption on TETA modified acrylic fiber are fitted for Langmuir+Nernst model,which means that ionic bond,hydrogen bond and van der Waals force are formed between modified acrylic and anionic dyes.TETA modified acrylic fiber can be reused to absorb anionic dyes,the adsorption quantity can be reached 700 g dyes/kg fiber after 6-cy-cle adsorption of 1g/L Reactive Red B-3BF.
