摘 要:超临界CO2流体染色技术能够有效解决传统印染行业的水资源浪费、废水污染等问题,具有广阔的应用前景,从超临界二氧化碳染色工艺、染色装置和主要染色设备及数值模拟在流场分析上的应用等方面对国内外无水染色技术的发展进行总结分析,指出面临的问题,欲对推进我国超临界二氧化碳染色的产业化应用提供借鉴与指导。Supercritical CO2 fluid dyeing technology can effectively solve the problems of water waste and wastewater pollution in the traditional printing and dyeing industry,it has broad application pros-pects and will provide sustainable development for the printing and dyeing industry.In this paper,the development of anhydrous dyeing technology around the world is summarized and analyzed from the aspects of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing process,dyeing equipment and main dyeing devices,and application of numerical simulation in flow field analysis.Therefore,the problems in the field of supercritical CO2 fluid dyeing technology are pointed out in certain extent.It is intended to provide reference and guidance for the industrial application of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing.
