高校贫困生认定工作中存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：高校贫困生认定工作具有非常重要的地位,它是高校大学生思想政治教育工作与管理工作的重要组成部分,同时贫困生认定工作也是资助育人工作中的基础性工作。在发现目前高校贫困生认定工作过程中出现的问题后,从建立科学系统的认定指标体系、加强人文关怀,加大精神扶持、创新资助形式,助力学生成长等三个方面提出了对策,从而为推动贫困生认定工作提供参考。The identification of impoverished college students plays a very important role. It is an important part of the ideological and political education andmanagement of college students. At the same time,the identification of impoverished college students is also a basic work in the work of subsidizing education. After finding out the problems in the process of identifying poor students in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects: establishing a scientific system of identifying indicators,strengthening humanistic care,increasing spiritual support,innovating forms of financial aid,and helping students to grow,so as to provide a reference for promoting the work of identifying poor students.
