摘　　要：大学是我国人才培养的重要基地,而心理健康教育是保障学生学习成长,最终成才的重要基础性教育科目.在2018年07月11日教育部办公厅印发了有关《普通高等学校学生心理健康教育课程教学基本要求》的通知,更是明确规定了心理教育的主要内容,着重强调了心理健康教育的重要性.当前我国地方院校大学生心理健康课程体系建设还不完善,相当一部分仍然处于探索和构建阶段,针对此种情况,研究、探索和构建我国地方院校大学生心理健康教育课程体系,对我国的教育改革发展具有重要意义.University is an important base of talent cultivation in our country, and mental health education is an important basic education subject to guarantee students' learning growth and ultimate success. On July 11, 2018, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a circular on the Basic Requirements for Teaching the Course of Mental Health Education for Students in colleges and universities, which clearly defined the main contents of mental health education and emphasized the importance of mental health education. At present, the construction of mental health curriculum system for college students in local colleges and universities in China is not perfect, and quite a number of them are still in the stage of exploration and construction. In view of thissituation, it is of greatsignificance to study, explore and construct the mental health education curriculum system for college students in local colleges and universities in China.
