摘　　要：高校博物馆拥有志愿者资源方面的天然优势,大学生志愿者们在高校博物馆日常讲解、科普宣传活动、场馆管理等方面发挥了巨大的作用.但是,高校博物馆志愿者的科普水平提升较为缓慢,在科普工作中发挥作用并不充分.本文通过问卷调查、当面访谈等方式对6家高校博物馆进行调研,总结出影响志愿者科普功能发挥的主要原因,提出有针对性的解决策略,创造条件把志愿者的科普潜力充分发挥出来,实现高校博物馆与志愿者在科普事业上的合作共赢.The university museums have certain advantages on volunteers' resources compared to other museums. University volunteers are performing museum tour guide, scientific popularization and management works, which are beneficial for university museums. Another fact cannot be ignored is university volunteers' effect on popularization of science is limited due to many courses. Through questionnaire survey and interviews in 6 different university museums, this paper concludes some important reasons influenced on university volunteers' function on popularization of science. Furthermore, it provides several practical strategies to inspire museum volunteers' potential and promote university museums' level on popularization ofscience simultaneously.
