摘　　要：我国地大物博,地方建筑特点纷呈,充分体现了我国传统文化的博大精深。而如何在现代住宅区设计中应用传统建筑特色风格是值得探讨的课题。介绍了传统建筑风格的特点,并在此基础上,分析了如何在现代住宅区设计中应用传统建筑的设计手法,以期提高建筑的美观性和适用性,更好的满足现代社会人们对家居的需求。The paper indicates the various features of the regional architectural features in China with sufficient resources and extensive spaces,which fully reflect the profound traditional culture in China,illustrates the necessity of researching how to apply the traditional architectural features in the modern residential designs,introduces the features of the traditional architectural styles,and analyzes how to adopt the design method of the traditional architecture in the design of the modern residential complexes,so as to promote the attractiveness and adoptability of buildings and meet people’s demands for the residential buildings.
